The big enemy of happiness is worry, which comes from focusing on events, that are outside of our control. What is the new understanding of Happiness?
Researchers of the University of Pennsylvania points to four basic elements of Happiness. This Is PERMA.
- Positive emotion
- Relationships
- Meaning in life
- Accomplishment
We have too much “I”, and not enough “We”. But getting involved in something that increases the “We” factor will help make us happier.
If I happy, and it makes you happy. If you happy, it makes your family happy. If your family happy, it makes our country happy. BE HAPPY.
