What you don't do determines what you can do
1. Do not answer calls from unrecognized phone numbers
2. Do not agree to meetings with no clear agenda
3. Do not check e-mail constantly.
4. Do not drink wiskey,vodka and beer.
5. Do not over- communicate with unpleasant person.
6. Do not carry a cell phone everyday and everywhere.
7. Do not eat too much
8. Do not see TV more than one hour everyday
9. Do not read newspapers more than 1 hour everyday
10. Do not postpone decisions just to avoid uncomfortable conversations.
