Closing conference speech of the NAMAC

Distinguished delegates of the CSOs from the Asia Pacific, respective representatives of the FAO
First of all I would like to congratulate you on the successful completion of this two days session proactively.
We had very productive discussions on the shared agenda and reached the consensus on the points to address in the statement, but our work is not done yet. We have a week to go to engage in the official APRC and intervene in the issues affecting the communities we represent here.
I am sure that this CSOs Parallel meeting to the 32nd FAO APRC broadened our collaboration and contributed to build a stronger CSO network in the region for the prosperous agriculture and food security. It is clear that we need to continue our efforts for more constructive and meaningful engagement with FAO processes in the national and local level.
I would like to strongly encourage us for more information distribution on the agenda we have discussed here for the constituencies and the national CSOs for further fostering our network.
Once again I would like to express my deep appreciation for all of you for the commitment and devotion to represent the needs of your nation and people and traveled to our country this cold season in Mongolia.
I hope you will enjoy the rest of your stay in Mongolia!

Thank you!
